Use and age limit
Personal profiles and records are intended for people aged 16 and over. Knowledge content is accessible without a profile. The app supports personal recordkeeping and general information. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Zyklumi under these terms. Mandatory legal and store licence rights remain unaffected.
Health limitations
Zyklumi supports personal documentation and information. Cycle and ovulation estimates use the period start and cycle length you enter. The fertility overview links recorded cycle data and manually entered LH, temperature and sex records as a calculated guide. Records may be incomplete and your actual cycle may differ. No pregnancy probability is calculated. The display is not a medical assessment or diagnosis, confirms neither ovulation nor pregnancy and does not replace examination, treatment or medical advice. Zyklumi is unsuitable for contraception. Test photos are not analysed; read results yourself according to the instructions and reading time. An LH test does not confirm ovulation. Do not base medical decisions solely on app information. Consult a healthcare professional for symptoms or uncertainty; contact emergency services in emergencies. The app is for personal records and general information. It does not replace a medical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment or advice. Calculations are non-binding guidance based on your entries, not medical predictions. Zyklumi is not suitable for contraception. Seek medical advice if you have symptoms or concerns; do not delay necessary examinations because of an app display.
Free features and Pro
Free features include personal entries, test photos and manually selected test results. Pro is planned for detailed analyses, longer trends and meal plans, covering all three focuses without an extra pregnancy purchase. Planned prices are €9.99 monthly, €19.99 for three months or €59.99 yearly. No paid subscription is currently concluded. Before a future purchase, its binding total price, benefits, duration, renewal, cancellation and statutory consumer information will be shown in the offer. These terms do not initiate a purchase.
Your data and safe use
You choose what to record and share. Respect others’ rights and use only images you are allowed to use. Protect your device and check recipients before sharing sensitive data. Use export for personal backups. Deletion and uninstalling may permanently remove data; manage existing exports and operating-system backups yourself. See the privacy policy for details.
Availability, defects and liability
We develop Zyklumi and provide required updates according to law. Technical failures can occur. Report errors to support without unnecessary health details. Statutory defect and liability rules apply. Rights concerning intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and other mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted. Statutory obligations for digital products remain unaffected.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the app, withdraw consent or delete local data at any time. Any future store subscription must also be cancelled in its store; uninstalling alone would not cancel it. Significant changes to these terms will be explained before they apply, with consent requested where required. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Period records and reminders
Period starts and ends are documented only from your input. The end means the last bleeding day. Missing days are not filled automatically. A check-in for an unclosed period uses your recorded start and stated period length, not a medical assessment. In-app check-ins need no notification permission. Optional local iPhone reminders are scheduled only after you enable them and grant iOS permission. Their text contains no health details. Switching them off, withdrawing consent or entering pregnancy mode removes scheduled reminders; there is no push server.
AI-generated illustrations
The baby and fruit/vegetable illustrations were created with generative AI. They are schematic illustrations, not medically validated representations, ultrasound images or images of your pregnancy. Size comparisons are approximate general guidance. Images are bundled with the app; displaying them sends no personal data to AI. Your test photos are not analysed by AI.
Self-observation without assessment
Optional self-observation questions show only the answers you selected. There is no diagnosis, risk classification, reassurance or personalised advice. Answers remain only in the open question view and are discarded when it closes; they are not permanently saved or transmitted. You can save your own calendar entries for permanent records. General educational and safety information is independent of your answers.
